This eBook is positioned as a “field guide” to help everyday Christians and leaders compare and contrast the differences between subtraction, addition, and multiplication cultures in disciple making.

Bobby Harrington is the executive director of Discipleship.org. He is the founding and lead pastor of Harpeth Christian Church (by the Harpeth River, just outside of Nashville, TN). He is an experienced church planter, coach of church leaders (through many years of ministry with Stadia and Church Coaching Solutions), and he is the author of several books on discipleship, including DiscipleShift that he co-wrote with Jim Putman and Robert E. Coleman, Dedicated: Training Your Children to Trust and Follow Jesus and Discipleship That Fits: The Five Kinds of Relationships God Uses to Help Us Grow, co-written with Alex Absalom.

Bobby has studied at such places as the University of Calgary, Harding School of Theology, Regent College (in Canada), Asbury Seminary, and Princeton University. He has a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Consulting (under Thom Rainer). He and his lovely wife Cindy have two grown children who trust and follow Jesus.

Greg Wiens serves as the Chief Catalyst for HGC. With over 35 years of experience, Greg has developed ten different assessments in a variety of fields, which he has used as a consultant for corporations, public schools, and churches.  Greg has served as visiting Assistant Professor of Education at the University of Central Florida and as an Associate Professor at Warner Southern College and as the former state pastor for Florida Church of God.

Greg graduated from University of Michigan with a BS in Industrial Operations.  Greg received his Master of Divinity at Anderson University School of Theology and was awarded his Doctorate of Education from the University of Central Florida in psychometrics.

Greg has been married to his wonderful wife Mary Kay for over 37 years.  They have three children and six grandchildren.
