Roy Fitzwater

Roy and his wife Margaret share the unique combination of each having more than 10 years in Fortune 500 corporate positions, over 20 years in professional ministry, more than 33 years in lay leadership in ministry, church boards, non-profit boards, etc. Roy and Margaret have led numerous marriage and spiritual life retreats, Christian education classes and small groups. These experiences combine to make them uniquely gifted to equip Christian leaders to live transformational lives for more effective ministry.

Since joining The Navigators Navigator Church Ministries (NCM) in 2005, the Fitzwaters’ work as coaches and consultants with churches of all sizes in all denominations, beginning with the leadership. They focus on six key areas, depending on church needs: Mission and Vision, Spiritual Maturity, Outreach, Leadership Assessment & Development, Small Groups and disciple making. They serve as the Co-Directors for NCM.

Additionally, the Fitzwaters speak widely to church and secular leaders in the areas of team building, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, leading through change, strategic planning and several other areas.

The Fitzwaters have two adult sons, Christopher and Stephen. Christopher is currently working in Dallas, TX with Vizient, while Stephen is an Air Force pilot in Enid, OK.


Justin Gravitt

Justin Gravitt is 4 parts disciple, 2 parts contrarian, 3 parts family man, 1 part writer, and ½ a part Cincy sports fan (too much angst for a whole part). He comes highly recommended by 9 out of 10 people who recommend stuff! He is a next-generation culture-creation specialist who’s spent two decades with The Navigators. In that time, Justin developed disciple-making cultures in Texas, Ohio, Indiana, and SE Asia. His multi-ethnic experience has given him unique insight into the impact of culture on our disciple-making ministries and practices.
