Building a Parallel Track for

Disciple-Making Multiplication

Holy Discontent — Why This Matters

Most churches today operate on a “synagogue model.”

– A single building.
– A gifted teacher up front.
– A once-a-week gathering that informs but rarely deploys.

It’s valuable, but it’s not enough to saturate a region with the gospel.

Hall of Tyrannus – In Acts 19 Paul spent six months in the synagogue until resistance rose. Then he rented the Hall of Tyrannus and trained disciples daily for two years — and “all the residents of Asia heard the word of the Lord.” The secret wasn’t a better sermon series; it was a parallel track of relentless training, equipping, and releasing.

What if every church added a Hall-of-Tyrannus-style track alongside its current programs, unleashing multiplication without blowing up what already works?

Our Solution — The Parallel Track

The Hall of Tyrannus Learning Community guides church leaders to design, launch, and sustain a modern-day Hall of Tyrannus that runs parallel to existing ministries:

Result: Your Sunday stays strong and you cultivate a pipeline that releases trained disciples into neighborhoods, campuses, and cities.

THE LEARNING COMMUNITY IS FOR

  • Lead pastors and executive teams who feel the ceiling of program-based growth.
  • Discipleship pastors hungry for an implementation roadmap (not another theory).
  • Movement catalysts who need a proof-of-concept inside a local church.
  • Church-planting networks longing for a scalable, reproducible engine.

6-Month Hall of Tyrannus Learning Community Journey

Focus: Catching God’s heart for multiplication.
    •    Virtual kickoff (interactive cohort call).
    •    Unpack Acts 19 and the Hall of Tyrannus as a biblical blueprint.
    •    Discover a God-sized vision for multiplication in your city.
    •    Develop a “What’s it going to take?” mentality (shifting from addition to movement).
    •    Align their church vision with God’s global mission.

Outcome:
Each church leaves with a crystal-clear, God-sized vision and a unified leadership team ready to move forward.

Focus: Building a biblical, reproducible foundation.
    •    Discover Jesus’ pathway to multiplication (Luke 10, Great Commission).
    •    Identify the “vehicles” of the missional journey: micro-gatherings, communities of practice, and disciple-making rhythms.
    •    Distill the minimum, transferable DNA every disciple and group needs.
    •    Map out what this could look like in their context.

Outcome:
A contextualized, biblical pathway for disciple-making in your church.

Focus: Equipping for reproducibility.
    •    Learn and practice simple, scalable tools for evangelism, disciple-making, and leadership development.
    •    Train their teams to train others, not just add programs.
    •    Build confidence and competency in disciple-making for leaders and volunteers.
    •    Create a starter “toolbox” for immediate implementation.

Outcome:
A trained leadership team and practical tools ready for launch.

Focus: Turning vision into an executable plan.
    •    Clarify God’s role and our role in multiplication.
    •    Create a 3-year, Kingdom-focused roadmap for your church.
    •    Build an action-based culture that prioritizes disciple-making.
    •    Draft the church’s Hall of Tyrannus launch plan (with next steps and timelines).

Outcome:
Each church leaves with a clear action plan to guide their next 3 years.

Focus: Measuring what really matters.
    •    Redefine Kingdom success (beyond attendance and budgets).
    •    Learn what to track, measure, and celebrate for multiplication.
    •    Build a simple Kingdom scorecard/dashboard for your team.
    •    Make real-time adjustments based on what God is doing.

Outcome:
A scorecard and rhythms for celebrating and sustaining Kingdom momentum.

Focus: Commissioning and sustaining momentum.
    •    Present their final Hall of Tyrannus plan to the cohort (for peer sharpening).
    •    Learn how to stay connected and encouraged beyond the 6 months.
    •    Commission leaders into a lifelong disciple-making movement.
    •    Establish ongoing coaching and a network of like-minded leaders.

Outcome:
Each church leaves with a fully formed, actionable plan, confidence to launch, and a connected support network.
