Chip Pugh currently serves as the Director of Team Development and Team Chaplain for the Tennessee Titans organization. In this role, he trains players, coaches, and staff members in character and leadership development. He is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and has spent countless years helping others win at life. As a college strength and conditioning coach, he helped student-athletes win by becoming faster and stronger. As a university instructor he trained his students to win as leaders, and as a campus minister he trained college students to win others to Jesus. Chip is a father, a husband and a disciple maker. Chip also helps to lead BE1MK1, a ministry that exists to help people be disciples, who make disciples, and live their lives on mission. He knows a thing or two about what it takes to win and we are proud that he is a good friend and partner of Discipleship.org.
